The one-shouldered, crystal-embellished dress fit like a glove, showcasing Kate's killer body. She paired the dress with peep-toe pumps by Christian Louboutin and jewelry by Fred Leighton. The Hills' Whitney Port Presents Her Spring Collection

Whitney Port, star of the upcoming The Hills spinoff The City, has joined the ranks of her Hills co-stars Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag by releasing a clothing line. The line, called Whitney Eve, is far more interesting than Lauren's line and much less skanky than Heidi's, which folded earlier this year.
